About the Role

Cold Sky Trading Company announces its need to hire a store cashier to join the team in Buraydah. This is a full-time position, targeting candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience. The cashier plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions accurately using modern payment systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve daily operational goals.
• Support daily store operations, including managing product inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
• Provide periodic reports on sales and inventory levels to management to contribute to improving overall store performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of in-store promotions and events designed to attract more customers and increase their engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred, with the possibility of considering candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.
