About the Role

Golden Stations - Events & Conferences Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to diverse projects within the events and conferences sector. The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in creating compelling visual materials that meet client and stakeholder requirements.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to design and produce a range of 2D and 3D visual and creative materials. This includes graphic designs, motion graphics, models, mock-ups, and visual presentations. The role supports various projects, events, and exhibitions, aiming to enhance the overall quality of visual outputs and ensure alignment with specific client and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and design 2D and 3D graphic and creative materials.
• Design 3D mock-ups, booths, exhibitions, visual presentations, and models.
• Produce motion graphics and professional visual content.
• Develop creative concepts and ideas, transforming them into high-quality designs and visual outputs.
• Prepare designs for reports, presentations, marketing, and awareness materials.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and both digital and printed materials.
• Coordinate with work teams and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into professional designs.
• Review and update designs based on required feedback and approvals.
• Manage and organize design files and digital assets for projects.
• Adhere to the visual identity and approved technical standards for all projects.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A suitable qualification in graphic design or a related field is required.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Preferably, experience working with government entities or consulting offices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within Golden Stations - Events & Conferences Company. The role involves working collaboratively with various teams and clients to deliver high-quality visual solutions for a diverse portfolio of events and exhibitions.
