About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Engineer to manage and expand the aftermarket business for centrifugal pumps across Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and focuses on promoting spare parts, service contracts, retrofits, and repair services. The position requires strong client engagement and a technical understanding of pumps to support customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Aftermarket Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities within the centrifugal pump aftermarket. This involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and cultivating new accounts across key industrial sectors, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities for centrifugal pumps in assigned territories.
Promote and sell spare parts, repair services, site support, performance upgrades, and long-term service agreements (LTSA).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water sectors.
Conduct site surveys and troubleshoot pump performance issues.
Collaborate with service centers, OEMs, and supply chain to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit technically and commercially competitive proposals.
Work with internal service & engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working with various clients across different industrial sectors.
