Role Purpose

The Occupational Health Specialist provides essential Occupational Health (OH) solutions. This involves conducting employee and workplace health-related assessments, reporting and escalating occupational conditions, and developing OH strategies to benefit the division and the company as a whole. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Align, implement, and maintain an Occupational Health Service in accordance with divisional and group objectives.
• Maintain and analyze employee Occupational Health records, producing relevant statistics.
• Develop and implement OH-related training programs for managers, safety advisors, and other Almarai employees.
• Identify health hazards, conduct assessments, and perform surveillance of employees within their work environments.
