CNC Operator ( CNC)

About the Role

HMT is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join its manufacturing team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts, contributing to a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, or routers, according to specified requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders accurately.
• Select, install, and adjust appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations continuously and make necessary adjustments to maintain specified tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal function and longevity.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance personnel when issues arise.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be a Saudi national residing in or near Dammam.
