Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Saudi National Mobile Crane Operators to join our client's operations team in Dammam, Eastern Province. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe operation of 50-ton mobile cranes, supporting lifting activities on construction and industrial project sites. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience, particularly those with hands-on experience operating SANY 50-ton mobile cranes equipped with manual transmissions or comparable equipment, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes safely, adhering to approved lifting plans, site procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform lifting, positioning, and placement of heavy materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with riggers, banksmen, signalers, and site supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and safety devices.
• Identify and report equipment defects, maintenance requirements, and potential safety hazards.
• Assess ground conditions, lifting capacities, and operational limitations before commencing lifting activities.
• Follow site HSE procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and approved lifting instructions.
• Maintain accurate daily equipment inspection and operating records.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi National.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Operator.
• Proven experience operating 50-ton mobile cranes.
• Specific experience with SANY 50-ton mobile cranes with manual transmissions or similar equipment is preferred.
• Commitment to safety protocols and operational standards.
