Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in business development with a solid history of closing significant deals.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

A Snapshot of Your Day:
- Supervise and guide the maintenance team in daily operations.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules and procedures, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain advanced machinery including CNC machines and thermal spray coating robots.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any technical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and collaborate across departments for efficient operations.

What You Bring:
- A technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering with over 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical systems within a manufacturing setting.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems, and proficiency in maintenance management software.

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in the jewelry industry. The candidate will be responsible for producing elegant marketing designs that reflect our brand identity, along with supporting certain technical and administrative tasks related to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative content for social media, websites, brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Develop designs that represent luxury, elegance, and uniqueness.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Prepare letters, reports, and documents using MS Office.
• Professionally photograph diamond and jewelry products for management review and accounting documentation.
• Operate the laser engraving machine for jewelry marking and cutting according to company quality standards.
• Coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure high-quality production.
• Contribute to improving and developing design processes.
• Support daily administrative tasks and organize internal files.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design or a related field (prefer red).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of jewelry design concepts (a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency (reading and writing) is an advantage.
• Professional and neat appearance.
