Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Deburring & Marking Technician to join their operational team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in the final processing of manufactured components.

Role Overview

The Deburring & Marking Technician will be responsible for performing essential deburring, surface finishing, and part marking activities on various machined and fabricated components. This role is critical in ensuring that all components meet stringent quality standards by meticulously removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections. Furthermore, the technician will accurately mark parts in strict accordance with engineering drawings, detailed specifications, and specific customer requirements, contributing directly to product integrity and traceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, edge breaking, and surface finishing of machined and fabricated components using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface defects without compromising dimensional accuracy of the components.
• Mark components using approved methods, such as stamping, engraving, vibro-etching, or laser marking, in adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specific marking requirements.
• Inspect finished components to verify compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in deburring, surface finishing, and part marking within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
