About the Role

SABQ Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to contribute to the design, development, testing, and supervision of electrical systems and components. The role demands strong analytical abilities and a comprehensive understanding of engineering standards to ensure efficient and safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

• Designing electrical systems by developing diagrams, schematics, and layouts using CAD and other engineering software.
• Supervising on-site electrical installations to ensure adherence to approved specifications.
• Developing and implementing preventive and routine maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and distribution networks.
• Preparing technical documentation, including project specifications, procurement documents, and safety inspection reports.
• Troubleshooting complex electrical failures and implementing effective engineering solutions.
• Ensuring all operations comply with quality standards, national electrical codes, and occupational safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven hands-on experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MATLAB.
• A deep understanding of electrical codes and standards.
