The company is actively involved in Electrical, Electromechanical, and Civil Engineering Construction, as well as the manufacturing and marketing of electrical construction products and allied engineering services. alfanar is seeking a Full-time Engineer, QA / QC Electrical, to join its team in Dammam.

Role within alfanar Construction

This role is integral to alfanar Construction, which is classified as a Grade I contractor by the Government of Saudi Arabia. As an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company, alfanar Construction has established itself as a strong contractor in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Engineering Services sectors within Saudi Arabia. The company is committed to delivering solutions that conform to international standards across its core EPC activities, which include Power and Water Projects, Transmission and Distribution Projects, Building Construction (Industrial & Commercial) Projects, and Electro-Mechanical projects. The QA/QC Electrical Engineer will play a crucial part in upholding these standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates, including training and team formation for effective work execution.
• Delegate assignments and ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to achieve operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet objectives within defined cost and time parameters.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
• Address and resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements, developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate and maintain well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the designated work area to guarantee legislative compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Engineer, QA / QC Electrical position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance and quality control within electrical engineering contexts.

Work Environment

This is a Full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, contributing to alfanar's diverse project portfolio.
