Bayut KSA, a leading property portal in the Kingdom and an integral part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role is central to connecting millions of users across the country by delivering an optimal online search experience. The successful candidate will contribute to Bayut's mission within a group that encompasses 10 strong classifieds brands and over 200 million monthly users.
The Role of a Field Sales Consultant
The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with clients directly in the market, conducting daily calls and meetings. This role requires a consultative approach to guide clients in making informed decisions that align with their business needs, ultimately driving exceptional results through Bayut's advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer engagement to closing sales.
- Conduct consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
- Educate customers on how to align their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach.
- Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.
- Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and creating relevant campaigns to maximize their returns.
- Work with customers to understand their business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations.
- Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests.
- Draft and deliver proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Report on sales activity through daily visit reports and provide market intelligence.
- Represent the company and its brand positively and professionally in the marketplace.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A valid and current Driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated experience in sales within the internet advertising industry.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to work comfortably with ambiguity.
