Field Service Rep

About the Role

Ecolab Company is seeking a Field Service Representative for its Energy Services group in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is suitable for a technical professional who thrives in an autonomous, hands-on environment. The primary responsibility involves collaborating with Sales Representatives to execute service plans for strategic district accounts, ensuring the completion of contractual services and providing problem-solving support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to implement customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys for prospective customers.
• Support Sales Representatives during the start-up of new applications for both existing and new accounts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical support to customers, identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as necessary.
• Engage in problem-solving through system analysis, data interpretation, and providing written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Perform support services including sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities.
• Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology within assigned strategic district accounts.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs.
