About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Field Service Site Lead to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading and coordinating large teams of field service specialists, technicians, and supervisors during outage and field execution activities. The primary objective is to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, maximizing plant reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate outage execution activities, ensuring work is planned, scheduled, and delivered safely, efficiently, and within project scope.
• Oversee the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components, advanced I&C commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations across gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary systems.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, customers, Operations Management, and Service Engineering teams to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Manage site resources, parts requirements, risks, delays, and customer communications, including leading meetings and providing regular progress updates and outage reports.
• Apply advanced technical expertise and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex equipment, operational, and cross-functional challenges.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to multidisciplinary field teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate large teams in field service environments.
• Proven technical expertise in mechanical components, I&C commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations for power generation equipment.

About the Team

This role is part of the Gas Services division, which focuses on low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. The division manages zero or low emission power generation, all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, and offers decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
