Finance Manager

About the Role

TalentHive is partnering with a well-established Saudi group that is undergoing a significant transformation and investment in Saudi talent. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the organization in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time senior finance opportunity within a large and operationally diverse business environment, offering broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, controls, and business performance.

Role Context

This position is part of the continued strengthening of the Finance function. The role is suited for a commercially aware finance professional who combines strong financial management capability with hands-on execution, and who can work effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders. The Finance Manager will contribute beyond traditional accounting, with exposure to financial performance, planning, governance, and business decision-making within a complex operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans.
• Oversee P&L performance, financial reporting, and management information.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting disciplines.
• Analyze costs, variances, and financial performance, and identify areas requiring action.
• Support accurate and timely month-end and period-end reporting.
• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure effective utilization of ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes, reporting, and controls.
• Provide guidance and leadership across the Finance function.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance.
• Proven financial management capability.
• Ability to execute tasks hands-on.
• Experience working effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Saudi National, in line with program requirements.

Compensation

The salary for this position is up to SAR 28,100 per month, in addition to standard benefits.
