Role Overview

This full-time position involves collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional experts to deliver technology-enabled transformation, leveraging ERP platforms such as Oracle to drive sustainable value for clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact finance transformation programs for global clients, partnering with CFOs and senior executives to shape and deliver end-to-end transformation agendas that drive measurable business value.
• Reinvent finance functions through digital and Oracle-enabled transformation, leveraging technologies such as ERP, AI, and automation to enhance efficiency, insight, and agility across the enterprise.
• Solve complex, ambiguous business challenges with rigor and innovation, applying structured problem-solving, advanced analytics, and value-driven thinking to define practical, outcomes-focused solutions.
• Design and facilitate executive-level workshops and co-creation sessions, utilizing design thinking and agile methodologies to foster innovation and accelerate client decision-making.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor who consistently delivers tangible impact.

Leadership and Practice Development

• Drive growth and shape the market by leading proposals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing transformation narratives that position Accenture as a partner of choice.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Finance practice, creating differentiated offerings, reusable assets, and thought leadership in digital finance, AI-driven transformation, and CFO agenda priorities.
• Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across multidisciplinary environments.
• Stay at the forefront of finance innovation, continuously building expertise in Oracle ERP, finance transformation, AI, and emerging technologies to bring the latest capabilities to clients.

Required Experience
