Foreman Utility

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Foreman, Utility to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring all field activities are conducted safely and in accordance with work instructions.

Key Duties

• Monitor all field equipment and parameters closely with field operators. Report any abnormalities or deviations promptly to the Control Room Foreman or Shift Supervisor for timely corrective action.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of RO units and the water complex.
• Supervise field operators and verify that field parameters are logged at predetermined intervals.
• Document all significant events that occur during the shift in the Field Foreman log book.
• Provide training and education to subordinate staff.

Responsibilities for Safety and Operations

• Ensure safe working conditions during all maintenance activities in the field.
• Verify that no jobs are carried out without a valid work permit.
• Safeguard personnel working in the field, co-workers, and various plant equipment.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and order through proper housekeeping practices.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Understand and adhere to organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Follow all safety instructions relevant to assigned tasks.
• Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to the relevant staff.
• Keep provided PPE in good, workable condition.
• Avoid horseplay and misuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend all scheduled safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to refuse any unsafe work.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma holder is required.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is necessary for this role.
