About the Full Stack Developer Role

Perfect Vision is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its growing Automation Department in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on developing robust and scalable technical solutions across various layers of the technology stack.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to design and build structured databases to modernize existing Excel-based workflows and to create reliable systems that support the company’s evolving automation and technology requirements. The successful candidate will work confidently across backend, frontend, and database layers, translating business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable relational databases for business applications and internal systems.
• Design database schemas, relationships, indexes, and data structures with scalability and performance in mind.
• Manage data migration from Excel and other unstructured sources into structured database systems.
• Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Build clean, responsive, and functional frontend applications and interfaces.
• Integrate databases and applications with CRM systems, automation platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Develop internal tools and applications to automate and improve business processes.
• Work with existing automation workflows and systems to ensure reliable data flow between different platforms.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and consistency across applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Utilize Git and standard development practices for version control and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Automation team and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Full Stack Development or a related software engineering role, demonstrating strong foundational skills.
• Strong experience with database design and management is essential.
• Good understanding of database architecture, data modeling, normalization, indexing, relationships, and query optimization.
• Experience connecting frontend, backend, databases, and third-party services into complete applications.
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing both backend services/APIs and frontend applications.
• Experience building internal business applications, dashboards, or workflow management systems is a plus.
