Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic mid-level Graphic Designer to join our Design & Communications Department. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will play a key role in evolving our brand and building a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints. This position involves translating business objectives into compelling design solutions, supporting daily design needs, and contributing creative ideas to campaign concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the ongoing evolution of the Autobia brand identity, including logo usage, color palette, typography, and imagery.
  • Uphold and contribute to comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create effective designs that align with and reinforce the established brand look and feel across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Present design concepts clearly and articulate the rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and event collateral.
  • Design key visual assets for the website in collaboration with the web/product team.
  • Produce engaging infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information.
  • Create basic motion graphics or video edits for social media and web content (a strong plus).
  • Manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in visual identity design, branding, and multi-format content creation.
  • High proficiency in industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Proven ability to prepare and hand off clean, organized files for both print and digital outputs.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Beneficial Skills: Basic knowledge of Figma, HTML/CSS, or experience with motion graphics/video editing is a significant advantage.
