About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role contributes to the guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel spaces.

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant, referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for a range of housekeeping functions to ensure the hotel's appearance and cleanliness. This includes attending to guest requests, stocking supplies, and cleaning rooms and public areas. The primary objective is to ensure that hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
  • Performing various housekeeping functions.
  • Responding to and fulfilling guest requests.
  • Stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
  • Cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
