About the Housekeeping Attendant Role

Marriott International is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join the team in Dammam. This full-time position is central to ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests, contributing to a memorable experience within the hotel.

Role Purpose and Scope

As a Guest Environment Expert, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role extends beyond providing a clean room and a freshly made bed, focusing on creating a unique experience for guests. The attendant will manage their assigned space and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces according to established standards.
• Perform other similar responsibilities to ensure all hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

General Expectations and Physical Demands

• Ensure a safe workplace environment at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.
• Uphold high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
