Human Resources Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Development Specialist to join a well-established and diversified Saudi group in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves contributing to the growing HR function by focusing on employee capability development, competency strengthening, and performance improvement across a large operational workforce. The position offers a total package of up to SAR 11,500/month.

Role Context

This opportunity is designed for an HR professional who will play a direct role in developing employee capabilities. The specialist will work closely with HR and operational leaders to implement development initiatives that influence employee performance and future talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and competency gaps across the workforce.
• Coordinate training, workshops, and on-the-job development programs.
• Support the development of competency frameworks for operational and supervisory employees.
• Assist employees in progressing through structured performance and development plans.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve development programs.
• Contribute to wider HR development and employee engagement initiatives across different sites and departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in HR development.
• This opportunity is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
