About the Internal Sales Engineer Role
Endress+Hauser Group is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth through dedicated technical and commercial support, ensuring efficient management of inquiries, quotations, and orders, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to customer success in improving their products and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Manage requests for quotations (RFQs), leads, and sales opportunities with proactive follow-up.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial quotations, including product selection.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure follow-through until order closure.
- Provide essential technical support and product guidance to customers.
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM system (SFDC) and adhere to established sales processes.
- Coordinate effectively with external sales teams, engineering, service departments, and logistics.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer complaints, returns, and any issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Commit fully to achieving company performance objectives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in a sales or technical support role.
- Knowledge of industrial or automation products is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Solid technical product knowledge.
- Understanding of quotation processes and commercial aspects.
- Proficiency with CRM and digital tools, including SAP, SFDC, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A customer-oriented mindset.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province. The role involves close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure seamless customer support and order fulfillment.
