Job Description

About the Internal Sales Engineer Role

Endress+Hauser Group is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth through dedicated technical and commercial support, ensuring efficient management of inquiries, quotations, and orders, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to customer success in improving their products and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Manage requests for quotations (RFQs), leads, and sales opportunities with proactive follow-up.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial quotations, including product selection.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure follow-through until order closure.
  • Provide essential technical support and product guidance to customers.
  • Maintain accurate data within the CRM system (SFDC) and adhere to established sales processes.
  • Coordinate effectively with external sales teams, engineering, service departments, and logistics.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints, returns, and any issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Commit fully to achieving company performance objectives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a sales or technical support role.
  • Knowledge of industrial or automation products is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Solid technical product knowledge.
  • Understanding of quotation processes and commercial aspects.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital tools, including SAP, SFDC, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province. The role involves close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure seamless customer support and order fulfillment.
