Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician!
We are Al Serr International a retail company operating in the food sector in Dammam, looking for a skilled IT Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain technical devices: Install and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring they are ready for operation.
  • Network and communication management: Monitor the internal network, ensure stable connectivity between branches and departments, and troubleshoot any technical faults.
  • User support: Provide direct technical support to employees, assisting them in resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Software installation and updates: Install essential software and regularly update it to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure optimal performance.
  • Information security assurance: Implement security policies, perform backups, and protect systems from viruses and intrusions.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical reports, document faults and solutions, and create internal user guides.
  • Participate in technology projects: Assist in planning and executing new technological initiatives or infrastructure development.
  • Coordinate with suppliers: Liaise with technical service providers or external support companies to resolve issues or purchase equipment.
  • Continuously stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and apply the most suitable ones to enhance the work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Experience in network management (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good communication abilities and technical support skills.
