About the Role

Work Force Nexus, an established signage solutions company, is seeking a Large Format Graphics & Sign Installation Technician for a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to supporting the production, finishing, and installation of high-quality visual branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install indoor and outdoor signage according to project specifications.
• Apply self-adhesive vinyl graphics on glass, walls, vehicles, and panels.
• Mount and laminate large-format printed graphics.
• Install ACP panels, acrylic signs, metal letters, and illuminated signage.
• Assemble channel letters and LED sign components.
• Install banners, hoardings, flex faces, wayfinding signs, and promotional displays.
• Perform site measurements and ensure accurate installation.
• Interpret production drawings and installation plans.
• Operate cutting tools, drills, grinders, lifting equipment, and installation machinery.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain installation equipment and workshop tools.
• Follow all company safety procedures during fabrication and installation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in vinyl application, lamination, and large-format graphics.
• Experience installing ACP cladding, channel letters, acrylic signs, and illuminated signage.
• Knowledge of structural sign installation methods.
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation layouts.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Experience and Work Environment

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in large-format printing, vinyl graphics, ACP signage, retail branding, and commercial sign installations. The technician must be comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights as part of the installation process.
