About the Role

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies is seeking a Laser Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves operating CNC fiber laser cutting machines to meet production plans and ensure high-quality output. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines according to the production schedule.
• Properly load and unload raw materials, specifically sheet metal.
• Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and cutting programs.
• Perform machine setup, adjust parameters, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure the quality of cuts meets specified dimensions and edge quality standards.
• Minimize material waste and optimize sheet utilization during operations.
• Execute routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Immediately report any machine issues or breakdowns to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Laser Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with machine setup, parameter adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a manufacturing environment, focusing on precision cutting operations.
