Role Overview: Lead Principal Engineer

GRC Technologies is seeking a Lead Principal Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to developing customer retention and growth by providing comprehensive customer support and field service. The position involves educating, training, supporting, troubleshooting, writing procedures, and performing field installations and commissioning of GRC Technologies' Artificial Lift downhole monitoring systems, specifically ESP and PDG sensor systems. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer retention and growth through excellent support services.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and coordinate with the sales and support team for unresolved issues.
• Assist sales in providing accurate bills of material based on application requirements before quoting.
• Travel by air or vehicle, often on short notice, to other countries, adhering to company policies.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers.
• Provide engineering with customer product performance feedback, enhancement options, functional requirements, and field application insights.
• Assemble, install, pull out, and test GRC equipment in the shop and/or field to ensure effective operation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor GRC equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, conduct basic root cause failure analysis, and report malfunctions and operational topics.
• Implement installation and maintenance activities within agreed technical specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Support the conduct of installation, programming, commissioning, and final maintenance inspections, ensuring job completion tickets are submitted.

Safety, Health, and Environment Compliance

• Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations as required, in line with agreed safety, health, and environment policies, procedures, and controls.
• Report on changes within APC that impact relevant safety, health, environmental management, and social responsibility policies, procedures, and controls.

Experience Required

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in customer support, field service, and the technical aspects of monitoring systems for Artificial Lift applications.
