About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Professional Specialty Engineering to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is critical for driving the research, design, development, and analysis of advanced specialty systems, contributing to the architecture and implementation of complex technical solutions.

Role Summary

The Principal Technical Professional will focus on specialty systems such as Signaling and Imaging, Radio Frequency, and Optical systems. This involves developing comprehensive requirements analysis and system architecture to support the successful development and implementation of complex engineering projects. The role requires in-depth technical expertise and the ability to operate with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and analyze specialty systems, including Signaling and Imaging, Radio Frequency, and Optical technologies.
• Conduct requirements analysis and develop system architecture for complex projects.
• Provide technical support for the development of complex systems.
• Perform detailed analyses and prepare comprehensive documentation related to specialty engineering disciplines.
• Analyze and evaluate test and production data to ensure system performance and quality.
• Prepare technical analyses and reports.
• Recommend engineering methods and processes to achieve design objectives for new or improved products and processes.
• Apply research findings to complex systems to achieve desired outcomes.
• Solve complex technical problems and identify or recommend optimal solutions and best practices.
• Work independently, seeking guidance only in the most intricate situations.
• Contribute significantly to the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives.
• May advise multi-disciplinary teams or lead projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience in relevant technical fields.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or technical field.
• At least 7 years of related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
