Role Overview

Logitera is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on expanding the B2B customer base and driving sales growth across Logitera's comprehensive logistics services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships to achieve sales objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Conduct client meetings or site visits to engage potential customers.
• Acquire new accounts across various services including transport, sea freight, customs clearance, and support services.
• Encourage cross-selling of additional services to enhance account value.
• Prepare accurate quotations that adhere to approved pricing limits.
• Negotiate contracts effectively to finalize deals and secure new business.

Sales Operations and Client Relations

• Follow up on invoices and provide assistance with collections to ensure timely customer payments within agreed credit terms.
• Maintain accurate and current records of all activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform other tasks as required by management to support sales objectives.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve 100% of the monthly revenue quota.
• Maintain a sales pipeline of at least three times the target.
• Conduct a minimum of 8 client meetings or site visits weekly.
• Close a minimum of 4 new accounts each quarter.
• Ensure 40% or more of deals involve two or more services through cross-selling.
• Meet a mandatory performance requirement of achieving a minimum of 60% of the monthly sales target.

Required Qualification

• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves regular client engagement and travel within the region as required to meet sales objectives.
