Logistics Service Executive

About the Role

PSA BDP is seeking a Logistics Service Executive to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves managing end-to-end logistics and forwarding operations, ensuring punctual and flawless order handling and documentation. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in logistics and forwarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, including customer order plausibility analysis.
• Handle planning, booking, and transportation orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments.
• Process customs documentation for both export and import.
• Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing tasks.
• Provide feedback to customers through various channels (mail, phone, EDI), including internal and external reporting of shipments.
• Address operational troubleshooting and report non-conformances in line with KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors, ensuring adherence to agreed rates.
• Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Process freight audit payments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
• A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications.
• Familiarity with other market-leading software applications relevant to logistics.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region, focusing on critical logistics and forwarding operations.
