Logistics Service Executive

About the Role

BDP International is seeking a Logistics Service Executive to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on managing order processing, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the timely and flawless handling of orders. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Logistics Service Executive is responsible for the end-to-end processing of logistics operations, from initial order management to final documentation and customer feedback. This includes operational troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with established KPIs and subcontractor agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and conduct customer order plausibility analysis.
• Plan, book, and execute transportation orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments.
• Handle customs processing for both export and import.
• Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
• Provide feedback to customers (internal and external reporting of shipments) through various channels including mail, phone, and EDI.
• Perform operational troubleshooting.
• Report non-conformances in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Cooperate with approved subcontractors based on agreed rates.
• Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Process freight audit payments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a logistics or related service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
