Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and run the process line and equipment
  • Achieve production targets by improving line efficiency
  • Collect and report data on process control checks
  • Conduct quality wall meetings and ensure hygiene standards
  • Manage process workers and maintain good manufacturing practices
  • Minimize energy consumption in production

Qualifications:
  • At least an industrial training institute graduate (ITI)
  • Basic communication skills
  • Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing processing environment (waived for tertiary education)
