About the Role

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Management Consultant to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on supporting clients in transforming their supply chain operations and engineering functions. The primary objective is to enhance efficiency, resilience, and overall business performance for clients. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across areas such as procurement, manufacturing, logistics, asset management, and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic analysis and actionable recommendations for executive clients.
• Structure complex problems and translate data into business insights.
• Support large-scale transformation programs from strategy development to execution.
• Develop operating models, business cases, and market assessments.
• Contribute to C-level presentations and client workshops.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams combining strategy, technology, data, and operations.
• Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within priority industries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, transformation, or business development within leading international organizations.
