Join Althelim Integrated Services Company as a Marketing & Public Relations Officer! This role is crucial in promoting our training programs and manpower supply services. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual who will enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute marketing strategies to promote training programs and workforce solutions.
  • Identify target markets including corporate, industrial, government, and educational institutions.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, and case studies.
  • Generate sales through effective marketing collateral.
  • Track performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
  • Assist in client presentations and meetings.
  • Coordinate promotional activities with training providers and recruitment partners.
  • Support proposal preparation for tenders.
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence for service improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or business development, preferably in services, training, or manpower supply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional marketing materials.
  • Good organizational skills and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with B2B or government sector marketing.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language.
