Medical Representative

About the Role

GSK is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) within an assigned territory to support patient care, aligning with GSK's values to help patients do more, feel better, and live longer. The position emphasizes building trust and facilitating scientific discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to HCPs, providing tailored solutions and promoting GSK products in line with a patient-focused approach.
• Utilize approved promotional materials while adhering to GSK policies, SOPs, and Saudi regulations.
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with HCPs to support patient care.
• Organize and lead group doctor meetings to share medical insights and product information.
• Gather market intelligence continuously and provide timely feedback to optimize strategies.

Accountabilities

• Attain and maintain GSK’s standards for product and disease knowledge.
• Complete annual certifications and adhere to all related SOPs, policies, and Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Meet defined efficiency and effectiveness KPIs for optimal activity execution.
• Ensure proper care and use of GSK assets while optimizing company resources.
• Create and implement timely territory and call plans, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Achieve skill standards as measured by GSO (Good Sell Outcome) metrics.
• Execute all activities in compliance with GSK’s policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Strive to achieve high levels of HCP satisfaction within the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a commitment to upholding GSK values and a focus on patient-centric care.
