Medical Sales Specialist Rehabilitation

About the Role

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a Medical Sales Specialist, Rehabilitation, to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving business development within the medical rehabilitation sector, encompassing services, devices, equipment, and medical supplies. The specialist will be responsible for building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical rehabilitation services, devices, equipment, and related medical supplies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the rehabilitation and healthcare sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, physicians, therapists, healthcare providers, and other potential clients.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate rehabilitation solutions.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and expand the client and referral network.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers, and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the rehabilitation market.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services, devices, equipment, and supplies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in the medical rehabilitation sector.
• Experience with rehabilitation services, medical devices, equipment, and medical supplies.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves field visits and direct client engagement within the healthcare sector.
