Role Overview

FPA is seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) delivery on complex projects from mobilization through to handover, ensuring adherence to programme, budget, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive MEP delivery for projects from initial mobilization to final handover.
• Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate MEP aspects with civil, architectural, and structural teams using BIM/clash detection, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Control MEP costs and programme, encompassing budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, progress reporting, and recovery plans.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and project handover processes.
• Act as the primary MEP point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 13 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Proven track record of leading MEP packages from design coordination through testing, commissioning, and handover on large mixed-use development projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, preferably within a Tier-1 Contractor environment in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of MEP contracts, including FIDIC, commercial management, and claims and variations.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
