Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Yard Operative to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the yard's organization and ensuring the proper handling of materials. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for individuals starting their careers.

Role Overview

The Yard Operative is responsible for the general upkeep of the yard, including managing explosive and non-conforming materials. This role also involves providing support for various maintenance activities and performing general cleaning tasks across offices and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective housekeeping and organization of the yard.
• Oversee the removal of explosive and non-conforming materials from scrap for transfer to NASCO/ASCO.
• Assist with maintenance activities for shredders, shears, and workshop equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties in offices, buildings, and adjacent areas.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support operations.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all safety instructions pertinent to assigned tasks.
• Report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machinery, or equipment to the relevant staff.
• Maintain provided PPE in good, workable condition.
• Refrain from horseplay and misuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report all accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Participate in scheduled safety training sessions.
• Exercise the right to decline any unsafe work.

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
