About the Role

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to our production operations.

Role Overview

The Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining product quality. This position involves direct machine operation, meticulous material management, and strict adherence to established standards and safety protocols within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain proper cleaning of the production line during shifts and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up machines correctly and perform necessary size changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials received from and returned to the Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine-related issues.
• Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are in their designated locations.
• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions regarding the OH&S management system, including its development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant operational or manufacturing role.

This role operates within a dynamic manufacturing setting where adherence to safety and environmental guidelines is paramount. The Operator is expected to actively contribute to a safe working environment and participate in ongoing occupational health and safety initiatives.
