About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant to join a leading real estate company based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the client's digital transformation initiatives and optimizing their Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across the organization.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert consulting services for Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. The consultant will ensure that business processes are aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices, contributing to the delivery of efficient and scalable ERP solutions that meet the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure and optimize various Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
• Support system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide comprehensive user training, facilitate knowledge transfer, and offer post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend continuous improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and implementation reports.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and support. Strong expertise in key Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or related modules is essential. Experience within the real estate sector is preferred for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Oracle Fusion certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.
