We are seeking a Product cum Portfolio Marketer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region, on a full-time basis.
Role Overview
This role combines the responsibilities of product lifecycle management with strategic go-to-market execution. The Product Manager aspect involves owning the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to obsolescence, and defining product development by translating market and customer needs into solutions that deliver profitable growth and competitive differentiation. The Portfolio Marketer aspect focuses on defining market success by translating strategy into positioning, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement initiatives that drive adoption and growth. This position requires expertise in buyer personas and their needs within the buying process to establish differentiated and defensible market positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year product roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle from development to obsolescence.
- Set product priorities for new developments and manage product P&L to optimize margins.
- Create comprehensive business cases outlining expected returns and define product positioning to meet customer use cases.
- Own and accurately maintain product information and data integrity throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global data standards.
- Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights, translating market and customer insights into clear product requirements, features, and technical direction.
- Balance growth, cost, and profitability through disciplined product portfolio and lifecycle management.
- Support pricing strategy and execution by providing product inputs and partnering with the Pricing team for value-based pricing and margin optimization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including portfolio positioning, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
- Create sales enablement tools and resources, supporting product introductions and training sales teams with competitive insights.
- Conduct persona mapping and journey development to understand buyer behavior, decision-making processes, and information needs.
- Translate market and product insights into clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks.
- Orchestrate cross-functional inputs (Product, Market, Sales, Marketing) into cohesive commercialization packages.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery, adoption, and continuous refinement based on performance and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management and/or portfolio marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to obsolescence.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies and product requirements.
- Experience in creating effective sales enablement tools and resources.
- Ability to partner effectively and lead initiatives with cross-functional teams.
