PRODUCTION SKILLED HELPER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Production Skilled Helper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience, focusing on operational tasks within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate designated production machines by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other applicable instructions.
• Utilize standard equipment and software tools effectively for production tasks.
• Apply knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, and tools relevant to NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
• Adhere to local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as NAPCO's established standards and procedures.

Operational Understanding

The role requires an understanding of Napco National's business environment and objectives. This includes interpreting and applying internal policies and procedures effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Communication and Compliance

• Communicate and deliver business-related information clearly, concisely, and comprehensively, both verbally and in writing.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect individuals and property, and to prevent market losses.

Experience and Location

Candidates should have 0-1 year of relevant experience. This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region.
