The Role

PepsiCo is seeking a Production Sr Operator for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the systematic and effective operation and monitoring of packaging lines and equipment to achieve production targets. The operator will focus on maximizing line efficiency and minimizing packaging material waste, while ensuring the production of quality products in line with business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging lines and equipment to achieve production efficiency and material efficiency targets.
• Conduct hourly process control checks and maintain equipment hygiene.
• Monitor and report material usage, wastage, and efficiency.
• Highlight operational, quality, and food safety issues to direct managers.
• Coordinate and report equipment maintenance, ensuring machines are in good condition through proper checklists.
• Manage line workers, including break times and cleaning during flavor changes.
• Maintain good housekeeping and GMP standards in the workplace and on machines.
• Ensure the production of quality packets at all times and attend quality wall meetings at least fifteen times per month.
• Support IPS and food safety audits.
• Ensure effective utilization of energy resources such as water, electricity, and gas.
• Report workplace hazards and actively participate in the implementation and continual improvement of the OH&S Management System in compliance with PepsiCo GEHSMS, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate and monitor packaging lines and equipment effectively.
• Understanding of production targets, line efficiency, and material waste minimization.
• Knowledge of process control checks, quality standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and food safety audits.
• Commitment to occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards.
