Quality Testing (Electrical Engineering)

About the Role

Iduast Company is seeking a Quality Testing (Electrical Engineering) professional to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring high standards of quality across various operational aspects, particularly within electrical engineering contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate annual factory-level quality indicators, decompose them for relevant departments, and establish reward-and-penalty standards.
• Track monthly completion of quality objectives, compile circular documents, and prepare monthly quality analysis reports.
• Manage quality planning, prepare quality plans, and supervise processes for key products, tracking production progress and delivery performance.
• Organize accountability implementation for major product quality issues, conduct internal incident analysis, and supervise corrective actions.
• Supervise and inspect the implementation of quality-related systems and procedures across departments, following up on rectification work.
• Convene quality analysis meetings to resolve disputed issues, assign accountability, formulate corrective actions, and track verification.
• Collect and analyze quality-loss-cost data from procurement, design, production, testing, and after-sales service, and optimize the management system.
• Drive the execution of quality-related businesses on the quality information platform, supervise process data, and maintain platform information.
• Prepare materials for quality warning seminars, compile quarterly, semi-annual, and annual quality management summaries, and propose improvements.
• Review internal and external quality-related award applications and organize the selection of high-performing and under-performing quality teams.
• Coordinate subsidiaries in quality management activities, including system management, objective management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct compliance-performance investigations and on-site spot-checks for UHV-related products, consolidating information and supervising rectification.
• Coordinate subsidiaries to implement work-station quality management initiatives, including document compilation, training, and experience sharing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Intermediate-level or above professional title or vocational qualification certificate.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields for this position.
• Management Experience: Over 2 years of working experience in Tebian Electric with at least 1 year in technical or production-related work, or no less than 3 years of dedicated quality management working experience.
• Mandatory Training: Pre-job training covering enterprise management systems, professional knowledge, ethics, and quality management systems. On-the-job training on departmental systems, workflows, professional skills, job responsibilities, and quality tool application.

Required Competencies

• Minimum Qualification Level: Junior Quality Assurance (QA).
• Management Competencies (Proficiency Level-3): Communication, Organization and Coordination, Teamwork, Service Awareness.
• Professional Competencies (Proficiency Level-1): Quality Standard Administration, Quality Improvement & Promotion, Quality Problem Resolution, Quality Inspection.
