About the Role

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent a globally established industrial machinery manufacturer in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on driving business development and expanding regional sales for intelligent packaging equipment, automated paper cup production systems, and high-speed container manufacturing technologies. The position is key to growing market share and strengthening the company's presence within the large-scale food packaging manufacturing, industrial distribution, and production facility sectors.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will manage the full B2B sales cycle, including market development, lead generation, technical presentations, contract negotiation, and strategic account management. This position requires a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in capital equipment sales, dealer channel management, and a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing markets. The role involves close coordination with headquarters to support cross-border project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and market expansion plans across the industrial packaging sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients, distributors, and dealer network partners within the region.
  • Manage the complete B2B sales process, including lead generation, conducting technical presentations, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
  • Organize and participate in trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and commercial marketing activities to promote machinery solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with manufacturing clients and strategic partners.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments, and changes in industrial policy.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive business reports, sales forecasts, and regional market intelligence updates for submission to headquarters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles specifically within the paper cup machinery or paper food packaging machinery industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling paper cup production machines, paper food packaging machinery, or related converting and packaging equipment.
  • A strong understanding of paper packaging manufacturing processes, production equipment, and the specific customer requirements within the paper food packaging sector.
  • Proven experience in channel development, distributor management, dealer network expansion, and the acquisition of enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience managing long-cycle sales processes, conducting complex commercial negotiations, and closing high-value capital equipment transactions.
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be considered a significant advantage for cross-border communication and business coordination.
