Sales Executive

About the Role

Saudi Chainlink Fence Mfg. Co. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, specifically within Physical Perimeter Security Systems. The ideal candidate will drive business growth and manage client relationships across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, government entities, and end users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with project specifications and company standards.
• Prepare and submit Material Submittals and Prequalification (PQ) documents according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Ensure timely invoice submission and follow up on payment collections.
• Maintain accurate sales inquiries, quotations, and order records.
• Support and supervise Sales and Project Coordinators to ensure timely document release for manufacturing and dispatch.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Physical Perimeter Security Solutions within the Saudi market.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • Chain Link & Welded Mesh Fencing Systems
  • Gates, Barriers, Bollards, and Turnstiles
  • Security Fencing (Anti-Climb, Razor Mesh, Electric Fence)
  • Access Control Integration or related security systems
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in KSA.
• Strong network within the construction, security, and infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on government, defense, critical infrastructure, or GIGA projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to interpret fence drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
• Strong technical understanding with a solution-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves travel across the Kingdom to meet business objectives and client requirements.
