Sales Supervisor Food Service HORECA

About the Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Sales Supervisor Food Service HORECA to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on driving sales within the food service and HORECA sectors, building strong customer relationships, and supporting distribution channels to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and new customers to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Proactively generate new sales leads.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide product demonstrations and support customers in resolving issues.
• Negotiate prices within authorized limits and finalize sales orders to meet established targets.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that foster future sales and repeat business.
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to relevant internal contacts to ensure responsiveness to market changes and customer demands.
• Establish weekly sales plans, prioritizing and scheduling activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure comprehensive product knowledge of all relevant SKUs.
• Coach distributor sales representatives on selling skills, product knowledge, and applications to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Coordinate with distributors, direct customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the food service or HORECA sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on the Eastern region. The role involves regular customer visits and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and sales growth.
