About the Role: Saudization Service Advisor

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Saudization Service Advisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is pivotal as the primary contact point for customers within the workshop, requiring the individual to embody the brand image and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in building customer confidence and effectively managing repair and service timelines. This involves monitoring sales outcomes, ensuring customer-centric service delivery, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the service department. Exceptional communication skills are essential to manage all customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers at the workshop, ensuring a professional image and building trust.
  • Thoroughly check the condition of vehicles upon receipt and communicate any discrepancies to customers.
  • Ensure effective oral and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals, and job progress.
  • Clearly communicate the jobs carried out on the vehicle upon delivery to the customer.
  • Provide advice on vehicle repairs, including repair duration and warranty information.
  • Provide detailed repair estimates to customers, negotiate charges, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Achieve monthly financial targets for labor sales, parts sales, and other sales.
  • Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure timely delivery of vehicles back to customers.
  • Ensure customers are reminded of the next service due and maintain effective communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Saudization Service Advisor role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or automotive service advisory capacity. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills are required to succeed in this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a workshop setting, emphasizing direct interaction with customers and service department operations.
