Senior Operator NGPT

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Senior Operator, NGPT, for a full-time position in Dammam. This role is crucial for ensuring all field activities are conducted safely and in adherence to work instructions, while closely monitoring process parameters and implementing necessary actions according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all field activities are carried out safely and in accordance with Work Instructions.
• Monitor all process parameters closely.
• Take necessary actions as per Standard Operating Procedures in case of any deviation in process parameters.
• Seek assistance from the Shift Supervisor and, if required, higher-ups, should parameters go out of control.
• Ensure smooth startup and shutdown of the NGPT, and safely maintain the plant in Extended Idle or Idle condition as needed.
• Log the panel log sheet at pre-determined intervals.
• Record all events that occur during the shift in the NGPT log book.
• Ensure the safety of personnel working in the field and the integrity of plant equipment through close monitoring of relevant process parameters and support staff.
• Train subordinate staff.

Safety and Compliance

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Understand and adhere to organizational HS&E policies.
• Follow safety instructions relevant to assigned tasks.
• Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to the concerned staff.
• Maintain provided PPEs in good, workable condition.
• Avoid any horseplay and misuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend scheduled safety trainings.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3-10 years of relevant experience in a similar operational role. A strong understanding of process parameters and Standard Operating Procedures is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Dammam and requires active participation in field activities, ensuring operational safety and efficiency within the NGPT plant.
