The Opportunity: Senior Sales Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Senior Sales Supervisor to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is critical for achieving the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of the entire Almarai product range within a designated area. The supervisor will ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of sales ethics. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve product distribution across all trade channels according to the recommended portfolio to optimize sales and increase market share.
Maintain wastage below budgeted levels to optimize margins.
Ensure all trade channel and credit customers comply with company policy to prevent financial loss.
Set and review targets for sales personnel to meet the overall objectives for the assigned area.
Retain and negotiate for existing and new shelf space to maintain market dominance.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree is required.
Proven experience in managing a team.
Ability to adapt work schedule as per business needs.
Experience in system-based sales operations.
Prior experience within the GCC region is essential.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic sales environment focused on achieving distribution and sales targets across various trade channels.
