About the Role

Western Auto Company is seeking a Service Adviser for its FAW operations in Dammam. This full-time position is for individuals with 5-10 years of experience who are dedicated to customer satisfaction and service excellence within the automotive industry. The Service Adviser will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to vehicle service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently using management software, optimizing technician workloads and minimizing customer wait times.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer issues and service requirements, ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.
  • Prepare and present detailed service estimates to customers, explaining necessary repairs and associated costs to foster transparency.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns to maintain relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions in the database for streamlined communication and tracking.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels of service parts and supplies to ensure availability for repairs and maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on automotive technology and service best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service promotions and upselling.
